Accounts Payable Specialist

Duties:

Reconciling accounts payable invoices to purchase orders
Communicating with vendors and purchasing to solve problems
Prepare weekly and quarterly reports
All other aspects of Accounts Payable as required
Provide coverage for co-workers out of the office

Skills:

Two-year Accounting degree or two years of related work experience is preferred.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to create and process financial spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
Must be detail oriented and organized
Able to work both independently and in a team atmosphere

Hours:

Monday - Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00/hr.
