Associate Attorney – Civil Litigation

Pierce Davis & Perritano, a mid-sized, Boston-based insurance defense firm, is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3 –5 years of civil litigation experience to join our Boston office. Admission to the Massachusetts Bar is required.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong academic background, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to case management are essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in insurance defense and product liability litigation.
• Additional bar admissions in Connecticut, Maine, or Rhode Island are a plus.
