What You’ll Do:

• Participate in all aspects of the litigation process , including discovery, drafting motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Assist in managing and coordinating the discovery process , including drafting discovery requests, responding to discovery, and handling e-discovery platforms.
• Prepare for depositions , working directly with clients, experts, and witnesses.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and provide strategic advice on case assessments.
• Attend hearings, mediations, and trials, providing key support to senior attorneys and clients.
• Build and nurture client relationships with professional communication and timely updates.

What We're Looking For:

• Active license to practice law in California (in good standing).
• Minimum of 1 year of litigation experience in California.
• Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills.
• Exceptional work ethic, critical thinking ability, and attention to detail.
• A desire to learn from an experienced partner and grow in your litigation practice.
