Job Description
We are looking for a qualified medical office manager to run our medical facility in Doral, FL. You will be responsible for day-to-day operations, budgeting, and maintaining medical and staff records. As a medical office manager, you should demonstrate excellent organizational skills and the ability to perform well in potentially stressful situations. We seek a natural leader that can maintain neutrality and objectivity in the workplace environment with company employees. Our position requires knowledge of healthcare systems operations, billing(outsourced), payment plans, A/R, and revenue cycle management. Ability to work with accounting to generate P/L statements with a focus on maintaining practice viability, sustainability, and long-term growth.
