This position offers a hybrid work schedule requiring a minimum of 2 days a week in the office located in Superior, Wisconsin.\nCore Responsibilities:\n • Collaborate with Stakeholders to understand their business information needs and formulate data-driven solutions.\n • Working with department leaders to assess opportunities for AI integration to enhance operations, automate processes, and improve overall employee productivity.\n • Participate in the development efforts designed to create solutions and tools to collect, process, analyze and disseminate reliable, actionable information to the organization.\n • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, automated, user-friendly systems, reports, dashboards, etc., that support our analytical and business needs.\n • Use advanced analytics techniques to gather and analyze large datasets to solve complex problems and provide actionable insights.\n • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing quality controls and validation processes.\n • Define and design secure in-house AI models and algorithms to analyze data, automate processes, enhance productivity, and support strategic initiatives.\n • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in BI and AI technologies, applying this knowledge to enhance data analysis and the decision-making processes.\n • Drive continuous improvement by seeking feedback, analyzing performance metrics, and identifying areas for optimization.\nPosition Requirements:\n • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, mathematics, statistics, business analysis, or equivalent work experience.\n • 5 or more years of experience as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role, with a strong focus on analytics and problem-solving.\n • Skilled in using R, Python or SQL to manipulate data and create actionable insights from large data sets.\n • Proficiency with data visualization tools and BI/AI platforms (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Microsoft BI Stack, ChatGPT, and MS Copilot).\n • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, reports, and charts.\nPreferred Requirements:\n • Proficiency in data warehouse analysis and MS SQL Server development, including ETL processes (SSIS), reporting tools (SSRS), analysis cubes (SSAS), stored procedures, views, triggers, functions, and query optimization.\n • Experience with predictive models, machine-learning algorithms, and AI language models.\n\n\nBenefits:\n • Paid time off and paid holidays each year\n • Employee bonus program\n • 401(k) with company match\n • Paid life, short-term disability, and long-term disability insurance\n • Competitive health benefits\n • Health savings account (HSA) and flexible spending account (FSA) options\n • Affordable group dental, vision, critical illness, and accident insurance\n • Employee discount on product\n • Corporate gym membership\nIf you have any questions or need assistance with the application process, please email: humanresources@amsoil.com\n\n\nEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled\nAMSOIL is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
