Your Role:

As a Clinical Nurse Educator, you will:

• Provide educational leadership to enhance specialized patient care.
• Assess and improve the quality of care for specific patient populations.
• Coordinate and implement nursing staff orientation and competency programs.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and deliver educational curricula.
• Monitor trends and implement strategies to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Act as a resource for clinical practice interventions that improve outcomes.
• Participate in teaching and coaching for staff, students, and families.
• Foster a spirit of inquiry and apply research findings to enhance clinical practice.

What You Bring:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a current RN license in Connecticut. A BSN is required; a Master’s Degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Experience: At least 5 years of progressive experience in clinical practice, nursing education, or management in an acute care setting.
• Skills: Strong leadership, attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
