We are a construction company seeking an Accounting Assistant for an entry level accounting/administrative to handle accounts payables, including, but not limited to the following responsibilities:

• Phone & Front desk reception with multi-line incoming calls
• Entry of invoices for accounts payable
  • Verifying pick tickets and vendor pricing
  • Update of vendor maintenance including W9 and insurance files
• Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards.
• Tracking and distribution of safety logs for OSHA standards
• Daily accounts payable and job filing
• Fuel inventory control
• Make bank deposits weekly
• Perform all other office tasks as needed

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in data entry required..
• Microsoft Office, excel, outlook, etc. required.
• Experience with Viewpoint, Procontractor, Maxwell a plus.
• Knowledge of standard accounting procedures necessary.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask a must!
