Job Description

1. Oversees and facilitates routine to complex contract life-cycle activities from proposal through performance to closeout including planning, source selection, and post-award contract; develops and updates scope of work and agreements; facilitates and conducts pre-bid and pre-award conferences; ensures consistency of contract with requirements; recommends and resolves issues and non- compliance matters.
1. Prepares bids and specifications; drafts and updates work scope, RFPS, RFQs, contracts, amendments, change orders, task orders consistently with practice; monitors and interprets contractual agreements and recommends compliance measures where there is deviation from specifications.
1. Negotiates and recommends contracts award; administers and ensures contract effectiveness; terminates and closes out contract upon completion; resolution of all conflicts, and final disposition of payment and obtains adequate release of claims documents; analyzes and advises on contracts for potential risks.
