Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Corporate Paralegal to join our legal team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role involves supporting corporate transactions, managing legal operations, and assisting attorneys with various tasks while handling multiple priorities with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in corporate transactions, including conducting due diligence, preparing documents, and tracking post-closing activities.
• Draft, review, and organize legal documents, while coordinating with attorneys and external partners to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Manage legal operations tasks, such as invoice processing, eBilling administration, and process enhancements, in collaboration with finance and legal teams.
• Perform legal research, handle incoming/outgoing mail, and support ad hoc projects to maintain efficient department operations.

Requirements:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree; professional paralegal certification preferred.
• 3–5 years of paralegal experience, ideally from both law firm and in-house settings.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in legal research tools, with experience in financial services a plus.
