Are you an experienced paralegal looking for a new opportunity? Our client is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join their team in downtown Orlando. This role offers a dynamic work environment and the chance to support multiple attorneys in a fast-paced setting.

Role Overview:

• Position: Corporate Paralegal
• Location: Downtown Orlando (on-site preferred, hybrid option available after onboarding)
• Compensation: Starting at $73k, up to $90k based on experience
• Billable Goal: 1320 hours annually (not a requirement)

Responsibilities:

• Incorporate and organize business and nonprofit entities
• Draft and file regulatory documents
• Maintain corporate records and manage dissolutions
• Assist with mergers and acquisitions
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda
• Track and submit billable hours and client expenses

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a transactional paralegal
• Experience in Corporate, Tax, and M&A practice areas preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree or Paralegal certification preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management software
