Job Summary

As a customer service rep your role is to foster and maintain positive client relationships through various communication channels. You will

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop, Cultivate, and maintain positive relationships with clients and prospects via email, phone, LiveChat.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and prospects.
• Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills to ensure clarity and professionalism with all client facing interactions.
• Effectively manage job quoting, order processing, and delivery processes to align with client objectives and meet project deadlines.
• Effectively manage online sales orders and requests using our ecommerce system.
• Collaborate with the production team, ensuring streamlined internal job processing and brainstorm solutions as they relate to printing and finishing capabilities.
• Demonstrate a general understanding of prepress, file formats, resolution, and printing & finishing equipment capabilities.
• Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations.
• Collaborative attitude to work seamlessly with other team members and departments.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong communication skills to interact with clients via phone, email, and LiveChat
• Familiarity with printing processes – digital, offset, and print finishing.
• Experience with MS & Adobe software – Word/Excel/Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate quote and order processing.
• Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively in a fast past workplace

Compensation

The base compensation range for this position is $23-$27 per hour + benefits. Compensation ranges are determined by various factors including role, experience, job-related skills, and relevant education.

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor’s Degree is helpful but not required
