We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Digital Marketing Manager to join our team! We offer competitive pay, health, benefits, and other wonderful benefits. This position would work in our Huntersville office Monday – Friday during normal business hours.

A little bit about the position:

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the creation and optimization of paid digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals. They will manage content, track performance, and oversee key tools to improve user experience, and enhance brand visibility. This role requires strategic thinking, data analysis, and staying current with digital marketing trends.

What you can expect in the role:

  • Plan, create, and manage digital content for paid search and paid social campaigns across various channels, including Google, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Oversee vendor paid search and paid social campaign performance, focusing on ROI and KPIs.
  • Supervise the development and implementation of a CRM system to enhance customer engagement, lead management, and retention efforts.
  • Edit and update website content to ensure relevance and accuracy with a strong SEO and SEM strategy.
  • Oversee the implementation and ongoing management of an e-commerce solution, ensuring seamless user experience and functionality.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Present campaign results and strategic plans to company leadership.
  • Plan, edit, and manage the production of company podcast, ensuring engaging content and collaboration with all office locations.

What we are looking for in a candidate:

  • 3+ years of experience in similar roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Knowledge of GA4, Meta, SEO, and SEM .
  • Experience implementing a CRM tool.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data, interpreting results, and optimizing campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Industry experience is a plus.
