Job Description

A well-established firm in the Nashville, TN area has an immediate need for e-discovery / contract attorneys to start on an onsite document review project that is expected to be ongoing. This is a great opportunity to work with a great firm and build your skills and your resume! This position is project-based and successful candidates may be invited to move on to other projects. The length of each project can vary with most projects between 1 week and 2 months or more. The position is intended to be full-time (40 hours) during regular business hours but can be flexible with start times and appointments. Weekend work is often available but not required.

Knowledge of Relativity software and previous document review experience is preferred but not required. Candidates must be detail-oriented, thorough, and organized. This position is on-site only. Interested candidates are encouraged to submit a resume for immediate consideration.

Sample Responsibilities:

  • Review documents in an efficient and timely manner
  • Review documents for responsiveness, relevance, and privilege
  • Use Relativity or other E-discovery software programs to code documents
  • Identify relevant and important information and communicate to team leaders

Minimum and additional qualifications:

  • JD from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Relativity is preferred, but not required
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Maintain a high degree of accuracy in reading and coding documents while possessing great attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently
  • Bar license is not required but licensed members of the Bar in any state are preferred

Pay rates start at $21/hour. Parking is also provided. Subsidized health Insurance is offered to reviewers who meet the criteria and full-time status.
