Job Description

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is a leading provider of workforce management solutions, committed to connecting skilled professionals with meaningful career opportunities. We are looking for an EDI Analyst I for a company specializing in benefits administration and data management.

Responsibilities :

  • Ensure timely transmission of internal and external data files, reporting any issues to Account Management, Carriers, and Clients.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot escalations related to file and data transfers, ensuring resolution with internal partners.
  • Manage the lifecycle of data transfer and file specifications.
  • Respond to and resolve assigned DA tickets promptly.
  • Maintain knowledge of file types, layouts, and basic data mapping.
  • Lead Carrier and Client payroll team calls for file implementations and updates.
  • Work with IT and Carrier/Client contacts to test, review, and implement new or updated data files.
  • Collaborate with Developers to resolve file-related issues.
  • Maintain compliance documentation, including File Status Implementation Logs and Data Transfer Detail Specifications.
  • Conduct post-open enrollment and quarterly audits, documenting results and assisting in issue resolution.
  • Request data extracts from carriers, vendors, and employers for scheduled audits.
  • Meet deadlines for files, tickets, and assigned tasks while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external teams.
  • Provide additional support as needed for special projects and operations.

Qualifications :

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel and Access skills.
  • Knowledge of health and benefits administration preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data to resolve issues.
  • Experience with database functions is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong follow-up and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail.

Minimum Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience in case or product implementation.
  • 5+ years of experience managing complex projects in the benefits industry, preferably in Health & Benefits.

Work Environment & Schedule :

  • Full-time, exempt position, Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM.
  • Some flexibility required to support teams across the U.S.
  • Remote or on-site in Plano, TX, with minimal travel as needed.
  • Overtime may be required during peak periods.
