Amentum is seeking a Technical Manager who specializes in eDiscovery to manage a team of 12 that provides holistic, extensive Litigation Support services. The team delivers across almost all areas of the EDRM, performing forensic acquisitions, processing data to prepare it for review, populating review databases, and preparing and delivering productions. The team also provides helpdesk services to over 500 end users, triages any issues with major internal applications, manages multiple large SQL database instances, manages large enterprise-grade application deployments and upgrades, develops custom solutions, and provides technical expertise wherever required. Responsibilities include managing a team responsible for various litigation support activities, ensuring adequate personnel staffing, managing databases and major applications used for litigation support workflows, managing litigation support workflows including collection, storage, processing, culling, export of data, management of review databases, image conversion, creation of productions and reports, implementing and enforcing quality control processes, ensuring workflows are documented and training is provided, maintaining service level agreements, identifying and implementing workflow improvements and automation, interfacing with internal and external stakeholders, managing software development initiatives, managing on-site facilities for litigation support activities, managing a helpdesk for end-user support, managing software and supplies purchases and renewals, assisting in triaging data related issues and root cause analysis. Requirements include ability to obtain and maintain MRPT facility credentials (US Citizenship required), comprehensive expertise in litigation support workflows, 8+ years commercial litigation support experience, 2+ years managing teams, experience with eDiscovery processing and review platforms, experience with Relativity, scripting/programming experience, forensic acquisition experience, software solution design experience, infrastructure and database experience, ability to identify and calculate performance metrics, SQL database experience, strong communication skills, technical documentation skills, customer and employee communication skills, relevant industry standard certifications. Preferred qualifications include Relativity Certified Administrator or Infrastructure Specialist, Bachelor's degree in computer sciences or related fields, experience writing scripts and stored procedures for Microsoft SQL.
