Job Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with school districts nationwide to help fill open positions.
• Collaborate with medical professionals in the Special Education field to connect them with the right opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and rates with clients.
• Utilize a variety of tools, including our CRM system, job postings, referrals, and social media, to generate new business and establish partnerships.
