Location: Minneapolis, MN (In-Person Only)
Pay: $25–$30/hour DOE + Performance Bonuses - $52,000 – $62,400/year
Full-Time | 160 Hours/Month | Immediate Start

About the Role:
This is a high-responsibility, detail-critical role at the heart of one of the fastest-growing wellness brands online. As the Executive Operations Assistant , you'll work directly with the founder of Intelligent Wellbeing — a natural skincare company with 700,000+ followers and a mission to radically shift the health and beauty industry.

This isn’t just about production. You’ll be responsible for ensuring operational excellence , holding yourself and others accountable to high standards, keeping systems tight, and helping improve processes across manufacturing, logistics, and fulfillment. This role also requires strong people skills — you’ll be working closely with others, communicating clearly, giving feedback, and helping maintain a positive, focused team environment.

We’re looking for someone who can juggle multiple production tasks at once, think several steps ahead, and strategically plan how to batch and prioritize work for maximum efficiency — without compromising quality . You’ll need strong executive function, follow-through, and the ability to run your area like a well-oiled machine — while staying flexible and bringing ideas to the table as we grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the manufacturing, batching, and labeling of skincare products

• Own the day-to-day production workflow , ensuring consistency and efficiency

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and strict quality control in all workspaces

• Oversee or support others in production — ensuring work meets brand standards

• Keep team members on track with timing, expectations, and quality

• Print shipping labels, estimate package weights and dimensions accurately

• Plan ahead and manage multiple production tasks at once , combining jobs when possible and thinking through the most efficient sequence of actions

• Manage inventory levels, prep shipping materials, and track reorders

• Help document and refine SOPs across production and logistics

• Collaborate directly with the founder to identify inefficiencies, suggest improvements, and help the brand scale faster and smarter

• Contribute ideas on products, packaging, or processes , especially if you have a foundation in wellness

Who We’re Looking For:

• A highly organized, execution-driven operator

• Excellent memory, time management, and task-switching ability

• Able to juggle multiple moving parts while maintaining a clean, focused system

• Strong personal integrity and accountability — you do what you say

• A natural “people person” — comfortable communicating, giving feedback, and working alongside others

• Ability to hold others accountable in a supportive, respectful way

• Confident navigating logistics (printing labels, estimating shipping needs, etc.)

• Physically capable of lifting 50lb boxes and working on your feet

• Clear communicator who can take and give direction well

• Passionate about wellness, holistic health, or natural skincare (or open to learning fast)

Preferred Experience:
While we provide full training, candidates with any of the following may receive priority consideration or higher starting pay:

• Prior experience in production, packaging, or small-batch manufacturing

• Familiarity with e-commerce, shipping software, and inventory systems

• History of managing or helping oversee a team — especially in a hands-on setting

• Experience working in logistics, fulfillment, or operations

• Executive or operations assistant experience at a fast-moving brand or startup

• Deep interest or experience in holistic wellness, clean beauty, or functional health

• Experience creating or optimizing SOPs, systems, or workflows

Compensation & Perks:

• Starting at $25/hour , with raises up to $30/hour based on performance or experience
