Job Description

We're looking for a world-class Executive Recruiter to lead and build executive hiring across the Americas. The ideal candidate has a unique background:

• ️rained at one of the top global executive search firms
• ️uilt or scaled an in-house executive search function
• ️luent in English and Spanish
• ️xperienced hiring leaders across the Americas (USA and LATAM).

This is a high-impact, strategic role where you’ll partner with senior executives to shape our leadership pipeline and drive critical hiring across the region. What you’ll do: Lead full-cycle executive searches (VP and C-level) Partner with C-suite and Talent leadership on hiring strategy Build diverse, high-performing leadership pipelines Bring deep market intelligence and insight across the Americas Help scale an in-house search function with global standards What we’re looking for: 10+ years in executive search (firm + corporate experience) Experience in multinational, fast-paced environments Strong cross-cultural awareness, especially in LATAM Bilingual English/Spanish (Portuguese is a plus!)
