Job Description
Essential Job Functions - Assists the treasury supervisor with banking administration and bank account management
- Maintains accurate and organized records of treasury activities
- Assists in the review of FX exposures as part of risk management
- Reports global cash balances daily
- Updates the treasury procedures library as needed
- Participates in special projects as assigned
- Works with accounting team as part of monthly month end close
- Other duties as assigned
Other Skills & Abilities - Good communication skills (verbal, written and comprehension)
- Must be detail oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Must be comfortable using Excel
- Must be self-driven, willing to learn, and aim to take charge of their daily tasks & responsibilities
Physical Requirements - Talking, hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment
- Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
- Job may require extended sitting or standing, use of standard office equipment.
- The internship is located on site. Must be physically in the office at 8am.
Education & Experience - 3-4 years of college experience required, preferably majoring in Business, Finance, Accounting or Economics
- Must have an education schedule that can support a 25-30 hour work week
