Are you passionate about helping others navigate their healthcare options? We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our Medical Management team! In this role, you'll connect with members to inform and educate them about available medical management programs, assist with inquiries, perform research and data entry, and support clinicians with provider and member-related activities.

What You'll Do:
Reach out to members to provide information about medical management programs and resources.
Assist in coordinating member needs, answering inquiries, and ensuring they receive the support they require.
Conduct research and perform data entry to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
Support clinicians by handling provider and member activities within the Medical Management department.
Communicate effectively through verbal and written correspondence, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
Utilize knowledge of medical terminology and managed care systems to address member concerns.
Work with automated systems and Microsoft Office applications to streamline processes.
What You Bring:
Education & Experience:
At least one year of college with two years of experience using automated systems, OR three years of experience with automated systems.
At least one year of experience working with a managed care system.
Skills & Knowledge:
Strong customer service skills with a passion for assisting members.
Experience analyzing member needs and providing appropriate guidance.
Familiarity with medical terminology and managed care claims systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general PC skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to create clear, professional correspondence and educate members on medical topics.
Preferred Qualifications:
College coursework in computer science or a healthcare-related field.
