Your responsibilities will include: Itinerary Coordination: Collaborating with clients to understand their travel preferences, dates, and destinations, and designing customized travel itineraries that meet their needs. Supplier Communication: Liaising with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel suppliers to confirm bookings, verify availability, and secure reservations for our clients. Scheduling Optimization: Strategically scheduling flights, transfers, and activities to maximize time efficiency, minimize environmental impact, and enhance the overall travel experience. Budget Management: Monitoring travel budgets, comparing prices, and seeking cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality standards and sustainability criteria. Documentation: Maintaining accurate and organized records of travel itineraries, bookings, payments, and client preferences using our internal systems and software. Client Support: Providing ongoing support to clients throughout their travel experience, including addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering recommendations for a seamless journey.
