Developing and maintaining strong relationships with corporate, group, and event clients
Identifying new business opportunities and growing our market share
Negotiating and closing contracts for rooms, meetings, and catering events
Collaborating with the sales and marketing team to drive revenue growth
Attending networking events and sales calls to promote The Westin Lake Mary
Analyzing sales data and market trends to optimize strategies
Proven experience in hotel sales or a similar role in hospitality
Strong negotiation and communication skills
A results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients
Experience with Marriott CI/TY or other sales platforms is a plus!
