Job Description

Extension is seeking a 2nd Shift Human Resources Manager for a direct-hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Ripon, WI.

Key Objectives / Role Responsibilities

Employ a tactical approach toward human resources role for the site, maintaining close relationships while overseeing the daily workflow of the department with a strategic mindset
Provides constructive support and timely performance evaluations, talent review, and development for the teams
Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations
Coordinate with Talent Acquisition Team regarding recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles
Lead and coordinate continuous improvement of all human resources processes to improve efficiency and employee services while balancing overall costs

Desired Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of HR experience in a high-paced manufacturing environment
Bachelor’s degree required
SHRM-CP or PHR certification is desired
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred

Compensation & Details

$90,000 - $116,000 based on experience
5% yearly bonus
2nd shift - 11am-7pm, Monday-Friday
Remote on Friday's after 3 months!
