Financial Services / Professional Services Firm in Midtown Manhattan Seeking New Team Member for this Exciting In-House Opportunity! Great Work/Life Balance!

Job Responsibilities

Develop and revise privacy policies and procedures, ensuring corporate compliance, ethics, and privacy standards are met.
Analyze and advise internal stakeholders on legal matters, global laws and regulations.
Collaborate with internal teams to create and deliver training on relevant topics.
Draft, negotiate, and review various legal contracts and agreements.
Assist with litigation, dispute resolution, and other legal matters as required.
Coordinate with external legal counsel when necessary.

Qualifications

J.D. with 3+ years of legal experience including at a law firm and/or in-house.
Admitted to a State Bar and in good standing.
Interest in and ability to quickly implement new areas of law.
Experience in a global organization managing privacy policies and procedures, as well as drafting and negotiating legal agreements.
Skilled in contract drafting and negotiation; government contracts a plus.
Demonstrate business judgment and client counseling skills.
Excellent communication skills combined with an urgent and confidential approach.

Highly Preferred: Bilingual
