2-6 months (DoD SkillBridge Program)
This role offers significant upward mobility within Benesch, starting as an Inspector I and progressing through Inspector II, III, IV, Senior Inspector, and potentially to Construction Technical Manager. Each level offers increasing responsibilities, knowledge depth, and leadership opportunities. Throughout your career, Benesch provides ongoing training, certification support, mentorship programs, and development opportunities, ensuring a clear path to career advancement in the construction and infrastructure sector.
