We are seeking a hospitable and energetic receptionist to be the face of our busy mid-size law firm. Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Answer all incoming telephone calls on multi-line system for all office locations
• Greet incoming guests with a warm and inviting welcome
• Help handle and follow-up on all vendor invoices
• Create carrier and client letter captions
• Maintain case lists
• Add new cases onto postage and fax tracking logs
• Submit postage and fax tracking logs at end of each month to billing department
• Receive all mail and deliveries and route accordingly
• Add postage to all outgoing mail using postage meter
• Assist with FedEx, UPS and other mailings
• Maintain postage meter and all mailing supplies
• Manage scheduling of conference rooms
• Notify appropriate parties of guest arrivals
• Assist with firm catering needs
• Other general office and clerical duties as assigned

Candidate must have basic computer knowledge, effective verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask and prioritize and work effectively in a team structure. Must be personable and positive, upbeat and ready to dig in, be punctual and possess a "can-do" attitude. Candidate must also be able to sit for extended periods of time and lift large bundles of mail, packages and boxes for filing.

Prior law firm experience is preferred.
