Position Overview:

Join a vibrant legal team in Philadelphia, PA, as a Litigation Paralegal! We are seeking a meticulous professional with 3-5 years of litigation experience to support our nationally recognized attorneys in a dynamic, collaborative environment. This hybrid role offers flexibility and growth opportunities for a driven individual ready to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, including case preparation, discovery, and trial support.

• Draft and review legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.

• Conduct legal research and summarize findings to support case strategies.

• Manage case files, deadlines, and court filings with accuracy.

• Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel as needed.

• Prepare trial binders, exhibits, and other materials for court proceedings.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of litigation paralegal experience required.

• Strong knowledge of legal procedures, e-discovery tools, and case management software, especially Net Documents.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Paralegal certificate or equivalent education preferred.
