Direct message the job poster from Atlas Concorde USA Director of Marketing | Driving Revenue Growth & Strategic Brand Leadership Atlas Concorde USA is looking for a digitally savvy and results-driven Marketing Communications Manager to lead and execute our communication strategy across digital platforms and B2B channels. This role will evolve our presence and impact throughmeasurable, conversion-focused marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong experience in digital marketing, contentcreation, performance tracking, and project management, paired with a deep understanding of branding in the buildingmaterials or interior design industries. Responsibilities • Develop and execute communication strategies aligned with company goals, with focus on: Website (UX/content/SEO/SEA) Social media (organic and paid) Internal branding PR and trade magazines Email marketing and webinars

• Optimize vendor partnerships and introduce new tools/partners when needed
• Ensure communication efforts are aligned with business priorities and targets

Performance & Optimization

• Define and monitor KPIs (SEO, paid, social, PR, leads, etc.)
• Implement data-driven campaigns and lead generation strategies
• Analyze and report regularly, recommend corrective actions to improve performance and ROI

Product Communication/Distribution

• Plan and manage the creation of product communication assets (images, videos, catalogs, brochures) as well assales enablement tools, across the Company’s different brands
• Coordinate with partners and internal teams to meet product launch timelines
• Support Sales and Retail Marketing with custom tools and assets aligned with current initiatives

Other Responsibilities

• Handle related administrative tasks (POs, purchase requests, and budget tracking)
• Collaborate with the Italian Marketing team on corporate materials and aligning on US-specific initiatives
• Manage and fulfill customized marketing requests from key customers and partners
• Support the Retail and Product Managers in the execution of events, trade shows, showroom updates, and targetedmarketing initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in interior design/building materials
• Proven track record in digital marketing and performance optimization
• Skilled in managing multiple vendors and project timelines
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEA, Google Ads, and analytics platforms
• Familiar with CMS, CRM, marketing automation tools, and creative software (Adobe)
• Strong visual eye and copywriting skills (graphic design or video editing skills are a plus)
