Gain knowledge in documenting patient history, physical exams, assessments, diagnostic results, procedures, treatment plans, medical opinions, diagnoses, medication information, and follow-up instructions. Navigate the facility computer system and electronic medical records. Monitor labs and radiology orders for results to guide patient care. Review patient history and test results to support medical decisions. Adhere to compliance requirements and company policies. Requirements Commit to ScribeAmerica for up to 1 year.
