Regulatory Oversight : Ensure compliance with state regulations and oversee the permitting processes for drilling, production, and plugging operations. Technical Analysis : Conduct technical reviews and provide recommendations regarding compliance with WOGCC rules and regulations. Data Management : Analyze and manage data related to well completion, construction, and production. Collaboration : Work closely with operators, field inspectors, and other stakeholders to address and resolve technical and regulatory issues. Policy Development : Participate in the development and implementation of policies aimed at improving industry standards and practices through regulatory compliance.

PREFERENCES:

Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, or a related engineering field. Proficiency in data analysis, technical reporting, and project management. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

KNOWLEDGE:

Knowledge and understanding of well completions, productions optimization, and artificial lift systems. Knowledge of drilling operations and well construction. Knowledge and understanding of reservoir behavior, fluid properties, and recovery methods.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor's Degree (typically in The Sciences) Experience: 1-3 years of progressive work (typically in The Sciences) with acquired knowledge at the level of a Natural Resources Principal OR Education & Experience Substitution: 4-7 years of progressive work experience (typically in The Sciences) with acquired knowledge at the level of a Natural Resources Principal Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: None
