About the Role

A growing homebuilder in the Pittsburgh area is looking for a driven, hands-on Project Manager to lead residential builds from start to finish. You'll be responsible for keeping projects on track, managing subcontractors, maintaining quality, and making sure homeowners have a great experience throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple job sites
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors to meet deadlines and quality standards
• Keep construction timelines tight and organized
• Conduct regular site visits to track progress and ensure safety
• Be the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout the build
• Coach and manage subs to deliver consistent, high-quality work

Qualifications & Experience

• 2+ years of residential or commercial construction/project management experience
