Position Overview: Retail Floor Supervisor

Business Unit: Retail
Reports to: Retail Sr. Manager / Receiving Specialist
Positions Reporting to this Role: Retail Cashiers
Location: Right Angle Sports
Wage Range: $23.00 - $27.00/hr. DOE

Job Description

As a Retail Floor Supervisor, you will provide an engaging customer experience through friendly and efficient service. We’re looking for an upbeat personality with strong organizational skills who thrives on challenges. Your role will include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering inquiries, and overseeing POS transactions.
• Proactively managing inventory levels and performing transfers between locations.
• Maximizing sales opportunities through effective merchandising and product knowledge.
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
• Completing daily opening and closing procedures as directed by management.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift, carry, or move a minimum of 40 pounds regularly.
• Auditory and visual acuity for operating computers and basic office equipment.
• Ability to stand, walk, kneel, push, and pull for extended periods.
• Continuous communication with guests, supervisors, and team members.
