We are seeking an experienced Roll Off Driver to join our team! The Roll Off Driver plays an essential role in managing and executing the collection and transportation of waste or recyclables from a diverse range of commercial, industrial, and construction sites to designated facilities. This position requires a unique blend of skills, including safe driving practices, customer service, and the ability to navigate various environments under different conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a roll-off truck to transport and deliver dumpsters to designated locations as per the daily route schedule.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, documenting and reporting any necessary repairs to maintain safety and compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate with dispatchers and clients to ensure timely pickups and deliveries, adjusting routes as needed for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Maneuver and position the roll-off truck precisely to drop off or pick up dumpsters in various environments, including construction sites, residential areas, and commercial premises.
• Secure loads using chains, straps, or covers to prevent spillage or debris loss during transportation, adhering to all safety and environmental policies.
• Monitor and maintain the condition of equipment, including the roll-off containers and truck, to ensure they are clean and in good working order.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in truck driving or other related fields
• Commercial driver's license
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong work ethic
