Rumble is on the lookout for exceptional trainers to lead, instruct, and motivate our clients in our high-energy 45-minute boxing classes. Our unique workout is centered around water-filled, tear-drop-style boxing bags, providing an exhilarating full-body experience for our members. RUMBLE QUALITIES:
Customer-Service Skills: As a Rumble trainer, you'll be the face of our brand, and we value your ability to connect with clients and create a fun and engaging atmosphere during classes.
Motivational Skills: Keeping clients coming back for more is key to our success. We're looking for trainers who can inspire and energize our members, ensuring they have an unforgettable workout every time.
Physical Fitness: Your own fitness level is essential, as you'll actively participate in classes and demonstrate exercises as needed.
Problem-Solving Skills: Our clients come from different fitness backgrounds. You should be adept at providing modifications and progressions to cater to individuals with varying abilities.
Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication is vital to delivering instructions and exercise cues in a professional and motivating manner.
Listening Skills: Being able to "read the room" and understand our clients' needs will help create a personalized and rewarding experience for everyone.
Time Management: Efficiently manage a multi-dimensional workout, seamlessly transitioning between boxing and strength training areas to maximize the impact of each class.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Reviewing Programming: Familiarize yourself with Rumble guidelines and craft engaging boxing combinations on the bag and effective strength circuits on the floor before each class.
Syncing with Rumble Music: Connect your workout delivery with the energy of our proprietary Rumble Music playlists, enhancing the overall class experience.
Monitoring and Correcting Techniques: Ensure clients perform exercises with proper form to prevent injuries and achieve optimal results.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Preferred: Completed courses/certifications in personal training and/or group fitness.
Preferred: Previous boxing experience will be an added advantage.
Required: Minimum of 6 months of group fitness experience or personal training experience.
Applicants must submit their resumes and be prepared to audition for the Training position at Rumble to demonstrate their skills and abilities.
