Russian Language Instructor

We are actively hiring Temp, on-call Russian Language Instructors to join our Defense and Homeland Security Division working in Orem, Utah. In this r ole, the Russian Language Instructor will develop and teach language courses in accordance with customers instructions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Tailor approaches in accordance with student learning styles and strategies
+ Supplement instruction with contemporary authentic material
+ Use classroom technology such as SmartBoard/Symposium, audio/video/DVD components, and computer applications such as Microsoft Office
+ Use blended delivery modes such as platform, online, distance, asynchronous eLearning technology and self-paced instruction
+ Provide constructive feedback on student progress.
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
+ Must be U.S. citizen to support this contract
+ Native Speaker with an ILR proficiency level 4 in reading and listening in Russian or a speaker with native capability in English and a minimum ILR proficiency level 3 in reading and listening in Russian
+ Bachelors degree
+ Five years of experience in adult language education and methodology to include:
+ Three years of experience developing and teaching using blended learning.
+ Three years of experience developing and teaching language courses from basic through advanced level, with a focus on translation, grammar, listening and reading comprehension, speaking and writing.
+ Two years of experience in identifying and using authentic materials to support objectives
+ Two years of experience in assessing student performance.
