Summary

We are seeking a Sales & Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Mullins Company. In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales projects from inception to completion, ensuring that our insulation and garage door solutions are delivered effectively to our clients. This position is vital for driving business growth and maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual base salary of $35,000-$50,000 plus  at least 2.5%   uncapped commission on insulation and garage door sales
  • Sliding scale commission structure on insulation and garage door sales
  • Company pick-up truck (Ford Ranger, F-150, or similar)

Position Overview

We’re seeking a results-driven, relationship-focused Business Development Representative to help expand our footprint in the construction space. This person will actively seek out new business opportunities, build connections, and represent the Mullins brand with professionalism, personality, and pride.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential and commercial construction
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, vendors, realtors, architects, and local businesses
  • Represent Mullins Company at networking events, trade shows, and community functions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand service offerings and align outreach efforts
  • Track leads and business development activity using basic CRM tools or system
  • Provide feedback on market trends and opportunities to help shape our growth strategy

What You'll Do

  • Ability to understand construction services and speak confidently about them (training provided)
  • Local knowledge of Tri Cities and surrounding areas is a plus
  • Previous experience in business development, sales, or client relations preferred—but not required
