St. Leonard is excited to announce an opportunity for a motivated and innovative Staff Development Nurse to join our team. Salary range: $37.00 - $41.00 per hour Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee employee health records and administer TB screenings, Hepatitis B, and flu vaccines.
  • Develop and lead educational programs for staff development.
  • Coordinate and facilitate New Employee and Nursing Department orientations.
  • Support the hiring process for RNs and LPNs, as needed.
