Position Summary The Staff Technical Analyst is a key member of the OTECH Support Services Team, responsible for evaluating policies, operations, tools, and procedures to identify improvements, developing and implementing projects, analyzing data, and advising management on operational enhancements. The role involves collaboration across teams and is based in Hanover, MD. Responsibilities Lead development and implementation of business systems, focusing on Digital Engineering. Support digital models, establish authoritative data sources, and enable interoperability and lifecycle management for defense systems. Evaluate and optimize business processes, monitor operations, and ensure compliance and efficiency. Conduct meetings, produce reports, and ensure effective communication among stakeholders. Manage projects, develop plans, and support process efficiencies. Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users, supporting other analysts and performing additional duties as assigned. Qualifications

REQUIRED:

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience. 8-15 years of experience in business analysis or similar. Strong analytical, technical, and documentation skills. Experience with Microsoft 365 Suite and project management. Ability to influence stakeholders and lead projects. U.S. Citizenship. Desired: MBA or advanced degree. Experience with the US Department of Defense. Recognition in the field and project management experience. Additional Information This is a hybrid position requiring commuting to Hanover, MD, with work schedules set by the manager.
