Position Title: Custodian, Swing Shift - Winter 24/25 Business Unit: Facilities Position Reports to: Custodial Supervisor Location: Crystal Mt, Washington Wage Range: $23-$25/hour Must ski or snowboard at an intermediate level to access on mountain F&B venues & have reliable transportation. POSITION IS HOUSING ELIGIBLE. ESSENTIAL DUTIES-
Custodians are responsible for the overall cleanliness of our Food & Beverage venues. This position works a swing shift to take advantage of the time that buildings are least occupied.
- Engage and welcome all Crystal Mountain guests
- Vacuum, sweep and mop all lodge floors and restrooms
- Deep clean and stock restrooms
- Transport trash and recycling to appropriate containers
- Report any restroom or lodge maintenance to Facilities Manager
- Shampoo carpets
- Straighten tables and chairs

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS-- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Must be able to work in a team environment
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS- - This position is required to work weekdays, weekends and holidays while in operation.
- Ability to work "swing shift" hours from 2:30pm to 11pm
- Able to lift, carry, or otherwise move and position a minimum of 40 pounds on an occasional basis.
- Manual dexterity to operate a mop, vacuum, and broom on a constant basis.
- Ability to work for extended periods of time bending, reaching, and speaking on a constant basis.
- Ability to work for extended periods of time standing, walking, kneeling, pushing and pulling on an occasional basis.
- Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communicating with guests, supervisors and other employees.
