Prominent Delaware-based law firm is a seeking mid-level associate to junior partner to join its expanding private wealth and national trust practice. This is one of the firm's fastest growing practices. The candidate will work on a wide variety of complex and challenging matters for local, national, and international clients. Ideal candidates should have experience with federal estate and gift tax planning and/or the representation of institutional trustees, including, with decantings, mergers and non-judicial modifications. Delaware bar admission is preferred, but candidates willing to take the Delaware Bar Exam will also be considered. No portable business is required for this role.
