About the Role: Employment Type: Hospital employed position. Schedule: Open 7 days a week, working 3, 12-hour shifts Team Collaboration: Work alongside a team of providers, coordinators, practice managers, other APPs, and clinical staff. Technology: Utilize the EPIC Electronic Medical Record System. Patient Demographics: Primarily geriatric population with some pediatric patients. Position Highlights: Benefits: Begin on day 1. Compensation: Guaranteed base salary with wRVU production and a quality incentive (5% of base salary paid quarterly). Insurance: Medical, Dental, and Vision. Paid Time Off: 32 days PTO and holiday pay. Retirement Plan: 401K with employer match up to 4%.
