About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President/Chief Financial Officer (VP/CFO) to join its executive leadership team. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record in financial and business planning, budgeting, and forecasting. This role is pivotal in ensuring the integrity of financial and operational information, maintaining strong financial oversight, and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization. The VP/CFO will be responsible for developing and implementing financial systems, policies, and processes that drive resource stewardship, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation. They must have a deep understanding of global financial management, including multi-currency operations, donor compliance, and financial management across diverse regulatory environments. The ideal candidate for the VP/CFO position at the company will have an advanced degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 10 years' of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years' in a senior executive role. A background in international nonprofits or similar mission-driven organizations is essential, as is expertise in managing complex financial operations and a proven track record in audit management, regulatory compliance, and risk oversight. The VP/CFO should be a values-driven leader, fostering trust and collaboration, and be adept at modernizing financial infrastructure through strategic investments in technology.
