About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for its Semiconductors and Electronics division. The successful candidate will be a key leader in driving client engagements and executing transactions within the semiconductor and electronics sectors. This pivotal role involves managing deal processes, cultivating client relationships, and developing strategic insights into the rapidly evolving industry. The VP will be responsible for leading the origination, structuring, and execution of M&A, equity, and debt transactions, as well as overseeing the preparation of all related financial and marketing materials. A deep understanding of the semiconductor and electronics sectors, including market trends, competitive landscape, and key players, is essential. Applicants for the Vice President position should have a Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field, with an MBA or CFA strongly preferred. A minimum of 6-10 years' investment banking experience, particularly in M&A, equity capital markets, or debt capital markets, is required. The role demands strong technical skills in financial modeling, valuation, and presentation development, as well as excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities. The VP will also be expected to mentor and develop junior team members, foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, and ensure the delivery of high-quality work across multiple projects. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders is a key aspect of the role, including coordinating with product specialists, sector experts, and senior leadership to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.
