Role Overview

We’re seeking a Part-Time Graphic Designer to join our team on a monthly retainer basis (minimum 20 hours/week). This role will work closely with our marketing and content teams to develop visually compelling creative assets that communicate our brand’s authority, clarity, and elite positioning in the longevity space.

This is a remote-flexible role ideal for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is comfortable owning multiple creative streams from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design marketing assets across digital and print channels, including:

Email campaigns

Organic and paid social media (Instagram, TikTok, Meta, YouTube)

Performance ad creatives

Landing pages

Pamphlets, flyers, and event collateral

  • Maintain a consistent, premium brand aesthetic across all touchpoints
  • Develop Figma-based design ecosystems that are modular, scalable, and marketer-friendly
  • Collaborate with our VP of Marketing and content creators to quickly iterate and optimize design assets
  • Interpret brand and campaign briefs into compelling visual stories that drive conversion and engagement

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in health, wellness, or luxury consumer sectors
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across static and digital formats
  • Expert in Figma , with a strong understanding of building intuitive, flexible design systems
  • Clear visual taste with an eye for typography, layout, and hierarchy
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator—comfortable receiving and integrating feedback quickly
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient with time management
  • Bonus: Experience with motion design (e.g., for reels/ads), illustration, or working alongside paid media teams

Compensation
  • Hourly Rate: $70–90/hour
  • Commitment: Minimum 20 hours/week, monthly retainer
  • Flexibility: Remote-friendly with optional in-person collaboration in NYC
