Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Interior Designer to high-end residential and commercial design projects from concept to completion. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both creative leadership and client engagement, combining strong design sensibility, technical expertise, and strategic thinking to execute exceptional projects.

As a Interior Designer, you will be responsible for developing innovative design concepts, managing project schedules, overseeing deliverables, and ensuring seamless collaboration with architects, contractors, and clients. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior designers, maintaining the highest design standards, and driving project efficiency.

The ideal candidate is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to take ownership of their work, ensuring every project is delivered with excellence and precision.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Leadership & Design Execution:

  • Develop compelling design concepts, space plans, and material selections that align with client vision and project goals.
  • AutoCAD drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and millwork details.
  • Ensure all designs and presentations meet standards while staying within budget and timeline constraints.

Project Scheduling & Deliverables Management:

  • Collaborate with team members, vendors, and contractors to keep projects on time and on budget.
  • Identify potential design and execution challenges early and implement solutions proactively.

Team Leadership & Mentorship:

  • Mentor and oversee junior and associate designers, providing guidance and fostering their growth.
  • Lead design critiques and team discussions to refine and elevate project quality.
  • Foster a collaborative, structured, and inspiring studio culture.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in high-end residential or commercial interior design .
  • Project Management Skills:
  • Strong ability to develop and manage project schedules.
  • Comfortable coordinating between design, procurement, and construction teams.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong presentation, communication, and client relationship management abilities.
  • Ability to problem-solve quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
